Drone shows cannot take place in heavy rain, snow, or wind speeds over 20 MPH. In such cases, Dronesurf will agree to conduct the show on a mutually agreed upon postponement date.

Yes. Our software builds geofences into the programming. If a drone malfunctions, it automatically returns to its launch spot location.

Sky Symphony retains the applicable FAA waivers required to fly anywhere within the United States. Additional permits may be required depending on the airspace where the show is located or for more than 500 drones.

Customers pay 50% at the time of execution of the contract. The balance of 50% is due at least 3 days before the day of the show.

Should Dronesurf be unable to perform the show at the event or otherwise cancel, Dronesurf shall be entitled to 33% of the contract price per each of the workflow processes completed. For example, if Dronesurf has completed the Show Programming workflow, Dronesurf shall be entitled to 66% of the display price (33% for Storyboard and 33% for Show Programming). Final delivery is deemed to have occurred upon Dronesurf’s arrival at the show location on the show date. Customers also acknowledge that damages corresponding to lost opportunity by reason of cancellation are inherently difficult to calculate, and that the liquidated damages amounts set forth above are a reasonable attempt to measure and liquidate those highly speculative damages.

The set-up depends on the number of drones (more drones take longer to set up). Typically, a 5-hour window before the event ensures enough time for a flawless set-up.
